  • Necessity is the mother of invention, and this truism sits at the very heart of the Building Evolution story. Our family as been building since 1941 and in the past ten years we have completed over 50 heritage projects in the inner north. We most recently completed Barry House, our family home in Brunswick. Ben Campbell

Master Builder

From a family that has been building for three generations,  we have a wealth of knowledge in the building of heritage homes.  Ben is a Carpenter by trade, now a registered building practitioner, accredited Master Builder and Master Builder – Green Living Builder. 

Well known in the industry for his meticulous attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship, Ben is a kind, fair and professional Builder. Many of our trade subcontractors have been with us more than twenty years.

Vicky Young

Focused, approachable, and driven by results, Vicky is all about building strong relationships. She helps connect our team, clients and suppliers to the right solutions with clarity and care.

For the past eight years Vicky has overseen the people, processes and systems that underpin all that we do. Her remit includes safety, governance and comms. She is passionate about making lives easier and processes more sustainable for all our stakeholders.
