    You work with the same team from initial concept through to handover of the keys. This continuity ensures we remain fully accountable and committed to achieving the best outcome for you at every stage.

  2. Design intent protected during construction
    Your Building Evolution designer remains involved throughout construction, overseeing works onsite to ensure what is built reflects the original design and cost intent—no nasty surprises.

In addition, we collaborate with a small, trusted group of architects. These relationships have been built over multiple projects and are grounded in shared values, trust, and proven outcomes for our clients. When required, these architects work collaboratively with us to resolve early design and build challenges efficiently and pragmatically.

Site land survey - features and boundary re establishment


Town planning permit with local council (if required)

Construction


Building permit with relevant building surveyor (if required)

Master Builders construction contract & statutory builders warranty insurance


Fortnightly WIP meetings onsite


Onsite construction & quality assurance system

Daily log progress updates, photo’s, videos and schedule updates

We understand the significance of the investment - financially and emotionally - that our clients entrust with us.

At Building Evolution we use the BuilderTrend project management platform - it’s the backbone of all that we do. All project correspondence is stored online, and you can see exactly where your project budget and schedule is tracking is at at any given time.

Available both on desktop and phone app, it’s transparent, easy and underpins our communication and quality management.

You can expect several updates each week with photo’s of progress and clarity around next steps.
